Third Invoice

Hello,


First of all I would like to start this letter by saying how disappointed I am with DHL. Your organization is really terrible and lacks of payments control.


In September I have received an invoice of CHF 128.30 to pay on your Credit Suisse account. I paid this amount after a few weeks. I also attach the proof of the post payment and the post stamp. Then I received another invoice of 121,80 CHF to pay, I paid this invoice as well (used my wife's name, Suzana Al Moosawi UBS Bank).


A few days ago, I received a third invoice concerning DHL but this time from Intrum Justitia SA, saying that I have to pay the 255,60 CHF for an unknown reason.


I want explanations for this treatment you made against me. I Also feel threatened and offended by such a letter to me. I never gave any authorization for my details to be passed to any lawyers and especially when I am not aware of such situations.


I need some explanations and immediately. As both 121,80 CHF and 128,30 CHF invoices are fully paid and I really don't know the reason of being charged twice and why you are trying to charge me for a third time for the same bill.


Finally, I demand to have a record of the fees you charged me and what I paid you. As I have the feeling you have charged me twice and now trying to charge me for the third time. Please explain yourselves to me.
