Travel insurance related claim - mishandled by Helvetia

This complaint is regarding the handling of travel related refund by Helvetia.
I booked air-ticket for my family in Jan'21 for travel during summer holidays Jul-Aug'21. Airlines cancelled my air-ticket in June itself. I reached out to Helvetia and asked for reimbursement.
The representative from Helvetia gave me following statement:
On 29 October 2020, the federal government issued a travel warning. From this date on, damage directly related to Covid 19 will no longer be insured. Unfortunately we cannot assume this case.
Upon asking to re-consider on the following grounds: federal government issued several warnings and differently for each country. Secondly, Helvetia did not notify that such claims won't be considered. Thirdly, airlines did not mention any reason so how can Helvetia assume that the cancellation of flight was due to Corona.
And Helvetia denied the case saying that it is my own responsibility in light of federal government's warning. Saying ->
As a travel warning had already been issued by the EDA at the time of booking, you were aware of the risk. The Confederation recommended that you no longer travel. This applied from 29 October 2020 to 30 May 2021. As soon as the Confederation issues a warning for a specific country or in general, we cannot longer take over the case, as you were already aware of the risk.
We also cannot keep all clients informed about which countries are now travelable or not.

It says -> In order to curb the spread of the coronavirus (Covid-19), numerous countries have entry and exit restrictions as well as travel restrictions within the country. The regulations are constantly changing. For the currently valid regulations in India, please refer to the information provided by the responsible Indian authorities and contact the Indian embassy in Bern if you have any questions .

In my opinion, Helvetia did not treat the case fairly or Helvetia is under immense cost cut due to recent environmental impact on us? Hence, I ask for some intervention and help here.
